- You will be contacted with final charges prior to being charged.
- Once your artwork has been received, we will complete a layout and provide you with an electronic proof for acceptance prior to building your EasyMaps.
- Turnaround time on new orders is 30 days for EasyMaps. For repeat orders, please call for an expected shipping date.
Submitting Artwork
EasyMaps require the purchaser to submit original art. We will contact you with instructions on where to send
original trail map art. Acceptable file formats are as follows:
NOTE: Artwork must be 300 DPI or higher in resolution, and in full color

Pricing / Ordering / Sample Requests
EasyMaps are custom made to order. We can use your existing maps, or create custom maps to your exact specification.
For EasyMaps Only:
- Pricing includes map formatting and layout.
- Purchaser must provide high resolution course map images
- Images must be 300 DPI or higher in resolution
- Proofs will be provided prior to production for approval
- Minimum of 5,000 units on any newly designed order
- Please Allow 30 Days From Time of Approval For Delivery On Any New Order
Pricing
Minimum order quantity is 5,000 units on any new order. Base pricing is for loose, unpackaged units, and DOES NOT
include shipping or license fees, where applicable. Custom point of purchase packaging, barcoding, and displays are available.
Choice of custom case color is generally available at no extra charge. Ask us about custom molding and packaging to suit your exact needs. All
prices are in US dollars.
US$300 setup fee applies to each new unique design. Rates may be slightly higher for delivery outside of North America.
